研究概况 运用先进的跨领域技术(横跨细胞分子、光学影像、程式设计、临床与生物科技)研究中枢神经系统之发育、神经干细胞复制与分化之动态过程。并延伸到大脑发育神经元突触之相互连结,以及在神经退化、中风以及脑损伤过程中,脑部细胞之动态变化,期望以这样的整合系统,发展出以神经再生为标的之干细胞疗法。欢迎有兴趣或具有上述任一背景之学生、研究及医疗人员加入我们的行列。

主要技术:光学显微技术、共轭焦显微镜 (Confocal microscopy) 、双光子雷射扫描显微镜 (Two-photon laser scanning microscopy) 、脑组织切片培养、活细胞间歇显微造影 (in vivo time-lapse microscopy)、神经干细胞培养 (neural stem cell culture)、子宫内电穿孔 (in utero electroporation) 、数码影像处理(Matlab)。
