| 研究概况 | We are interested in studying how cell/neuron reacts to exterior physical parameters, such as force and light, which in turn influence cell interwoven signaling and behavior. Efforts are made on elucidating novel player and/or molecular mechanism of these regulatory processes in various cellular compartments, such as adhesives interfaces and mitochondria at meso- and micro- scale. Moreover we are motivated to translate basic knowledge/skill acquired and developed in the lab to application. In addition to the previous soft substrates developed with industry, we currently team up with clinic associates from BRC to develop diagnostic biochips for neurological diseases based on exosome biology and advanced microscopic platform. |
