研究兴趣分子癌症影像、脑神经影像、影像导引式治疗药物筛选、多重影像模组药物动力学、放射药物研发之转译医学研究内容为利用新兴正子造影剂评估其在癌症与神经系统疾病的适用性。所应用的影像评估系统包括几个核心技术,如细胞摄取,细胞结合试验,动物组织萃取,数码式放射显影法,动态药物药效学与多重影像撷取与比较(PET, SPECT,Optical image,CT and MRI)。本研究团队将高阶影像技术与分析方法应用于数种癌症动物模式或神经退化性疾病之基因鼠;借此开发新型影像诊断造影剂或是应用活体影像高效率筛选开发中或老药新用之治疗药物成效。 Current activity
