研究興趣分子癌症影像、腦神經影像、影像導引式治療藥物篩選、多重影像模組藥物動力學、放射藥物研發之轉譯醫學研究內容為利用新興正子造影劑評估其在癌症與神經系統疾病的適用性。所應用的影像評估系統包括幾個核心技術,如細胞攝取,細胞結合試驗,動物組織萃取,數位式放射顯影法,動態藥物藥效學與多重影像擷取與比較(PET, SPECT,Optical image,CT and MRI)。本研究團隊將高階影像技術與分析方法應用於數種癌症動物模式或神經退化性疾病之基因鼠;藉此開發新型影像診斷造影劑或是應用活體影像高效率篩選開發中或老藥新用之治療藥物成效。 Current activity
